How to contact a seller
On any listing page, fill in the contact form with your name, email and message. Your message goes directly to the seller — no middleman. Be clear about what you are interested in and how you would like to proceed.
What to say in your first message
Keep it simple and friendly. Mention the item by name, confirm it is still available, and suggest a meetup time or ask a question about the item. Sellers respond faster to clear, polite messages.
Arranging the meetup
Once you and the seller agree, arrange to meet in a public place — a coffee shop, a mall entrance, or a police station parking lot. Meet during daytime hours when possible. Bring a friend if you can.
Inspecting the item
Always inspect the item before handing over any money. Test electronics before paying — ask the seller to power it on. Check for any damage or defects not mentioned in the listing. If something does not match the description, it is okay to walk away.
Payment
Cash and Interac e-transfer are the most common payment methods on netbadel. Never pay in advance, by wire transfer, or via gift cards. Only pay once you have inspected the item in person.
