Taking great photos
Photos are everything. Good photos get more inquiries. Bad photos get none.
Be honest and specific. Include the brand, model, age, condition, dimensions if relevant, and why you are selling it. Mention any flaws — buyers appreciate honesty and it avoids awkward conversations at meetup.
Setting the right price
Search for similar items on netbadel and check Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji to understand local market value. A fair price gets a faster sale. Being open to offers or swaps widens your audience.
Responding to inquiries
Reply as quickly as you can — buyers often message multiple sellers. Be friendly and clear. Confirm the meetup details in writing so there is no confusion.
At the meetup
Meet in a public place during daytime hours. Bring the item in good condition, as described. Accept payment only after the buyer has inspected and is satisfied. Cash or Interac e-transfer are recommended.
