netbadel is designed for local pickup — but nothing stops you from arranging shipping directly with the seller if they're willing. Simply ask through the contact form on the listing.

How do I know the photos are real?
Every listing requires real photos of the actual item. Stock photos and misleading images violate our rules and will be removed. If something looks off, report it to netbadel.com/contact.php.

Can I offer a different price?
If the seller has enabled offers on their listing, yes. Use the contact form to make your offer directly.

What is a swap?
A swap means trading an item you own for something the seller has. If a listing says open to swaps, contact the seller with what you'd offer in exchange.

Is my personal information safe?
Your email address is never shown publicly. Buyers contact you through our form and you decide whether to respond. We never sell your data to anyone.

What if a seller is unresponsive or fraudulent?
Contact us at netbadel.com/contact.php. We review all reports and take action — including listing removal and account suspension.

How do I delete my account?
